The staff were professional and provided excellent customer service, ensuring we had everything we needed for our trip. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and had ample luggage space for our entire family's belongings. It was perfect for exploring Nashville’s attractions and local eateries. The staff is very kind, personal and consistent every time. There vehicle are clean and they are newer model. The rates are fairly priced. I've used Nashville Van Rentals for nearly every weekend for the last few months to provide sprinter vans for a tour. The vans were always in great shape, clean and affordable. The customer service is fantastic as well. Very friendly and always willing to work with me (sometimes last minute). I 100% recommend this company! We rented the 11 seat passenger with a TV and PlayStation it was such an easy and enjoyable experience The kids loved it and Van drove amazing! Pri was definitely awesome she always answered every question that we had! Definitely will be renting from the company again!
